Virginia Chenault is a native Houstonian and has been a Houston Realtor for the past thirty years. She specializes in investment real estate, including single-family properties, townhomes/condos, foreclosures, and multi-family units.
Virginia is a member of HAR, Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Virginia became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1979, and obtained her Broker's License in 1982. She received a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of North Texas as well as her teaching certificate for all levels 1-12. Virginia has enjoyed her years in real estate, and her extensive training has allowed her to give her clients the very best service.
Aside from theher busy schedule, her hobbies include music, watercolor painting, travel, grandsons, and an occasional 1031- Tax Exchange of real estate.
