Ginny Hood

Ginny began her Real Estate career in Houston in 1989, and although she has moved around the world her interest in Real Estate has never waned. After living in Singapore, she returned to Mandeville, LA where she established herself as a successful Realtor before eventually returning to Houston and reactivating her Texas license. She left Houston once again only to return, and after a careful evaluation, selected Roger Martin Properties as the best company from which to stage her Real Estate comeback. Ginny cited RMP's high profile in the Inner Loop markets and their reputation for integrity as prime reasons for her decision.

In addition to her many years of Real Estate experience, Ginny brings with her years of classroom experience as an elementary and middle school teacher. She says, "I believe that the many parallels between education and a career as a Real Estate agent are what drew me to both professions. As a Realtor just as in teaching, I am guiding my charges to become more knowledgeable on a subject such as market conditions or the intricacies of obtaining a mortgage."

Ginny has lived in Spring, Friendswood, and West University. When her children attended West U Elementary, Pershing M.S. and Bellaire H.S., she was very active as a volunteer. She now volunteers on a regular basis at the Holcombe Ronald McDonald House.
