Entry of Roger Martin PropertiesI recently move my company into a new office, as reported by the West University Examiner...

Just Around the Corner

October 19, 2005

The Roger Martin Properties staff has moved to a new office, but clients shouldn't have any trouble finding them--the relocation covered only a few hundred feet and the site itself has a history of offering convenience to customers.

'It works beautifully,' says Ann Ayers Martin, vice president. 'You'd never know you were standing in the middle of a former 7-Eleven.'

The 6115 Edloe St. site, just south of Rice Boulevard, was chosen to provide more space and, hopefully, fewer obstacles.

'We moved to a corner that will have less construction,' Martin says. 'We've had construction to deal with every summer for the past five years.'

It took about three months to complete the relocation from 3646 University Blvd, where Roger Martin Properties had been located since 1999. Martin gives creit for much of the transition's sucess to architect Bill May, a former West University Place city councilman and mayor pro tem.

'It works beautifully--it's comfortable and gorgeous,' Martin says. 'That's the skill of the design work.'"
